Day One, November 1st 2011: When Emmanuel and I arrived at Henrys beach a small smile appeared on his lips. I watched him as every step we got closer to the water the smile grew and grew. When our toes enclosed in the wet sand by the shore the smile transformed into closed eyes and heavy breathing. After about five minutes of joining him in deep breaths I reached for his damp hand and we plunged to the bottom of the ocean. We soon arrived at the surface dripping and splashing. We got out of the ocean and dried our salty bodies to go on a beach walk. The two of us walked hand in hand all the way down Henry's Beach. Dragging our toes in the sand with every stride. After the long walk we returned to the car and drove home. I wanted to share The ocean with Emmanuel because it is one of my favorite places to be.
This is what our walk on the beach looked like.

Day 1: I like when you reached for his hand and plunged...salty skin, sandy toes and entwined fingers-a beautiful image...nice video and link too
Day 2: Lane Farms...kissing a pumpkin...corn maze...great descriptions of colors...like toddlers...did your mom and dad carry you both to bed?
Day 3: mouth-dripping lunch...a frightened urchin-I like that image...resting for tomorrow
Day 4: I get to come!...the smell of a rose...missing home...the rope swing cure...thanks for taking me along
Day 5: bowling-Emmanuel's ball!...a sad strike...hmmm
Day 6: did I miss it?...I wanted to hear about your farewell
Dia, I love hearing your voice through your carefully though out descriptions. Touch, emotion, color, your words paint vivid brushstrokes of all of them. Thanks for taking me along, and I can't wait for the places on our horizon.
You do such a marvelous job of painting, your words deserve one last set of eyes before they take the stage. Some spelling and capitalization touch up before the curtain of publishing goes up. 5 minutes and they will sparkle. They deserve that.
Thanks again.
